Claims Prevention
- Preparing the necessary studies, compensation and claims (technically, financially and temporally) according to the foundations and evidence that need to be submitted to the Department of Experts at the Ministry of Justice and the various judicial departments and courts.
- Preparing aspects of the defense in Lawsuits in coordination with the concerned authorities in your esteemed company.
- We shall adhere to hand over to your company a copy of all documents submitted in all Expert sessions, including: (session minutes, defense memorandum and dockets submitted by our office, the owner or any other defendant) immediately, sequentially.
Cost Management and QS
- Reviewing all communication between your company and the Defendant with accuracy and high skill and using it optimally to support us in the Lawsuits.
- Representing your esteemed company in expert hearing before the Experts Department at the Ministry of Justice under a power of attorney issued by your esteemed company to the person and/or concerned persons by us.
- We shall adhere to a permanent and closely follow-up of all matters, topics and updates of the Lawsuits, and we are also adhering to submit a monthly report to your esteemed company on the updates and developments of the Lawsuits before the Bureau of Experts at the Ministry of Justice and/or the various judicial Courts.
