Mission

Our mission is two folded; both to prevent and resolve problems that negatively might affect the success of the implementation of the projects. Because we have many years of Project Management  / Construction Management, experience prior to establish our consulting services, we have the qualifications, capability, know-how, to properly deliver projects, analyze problems and disputes, establish cause and effect relationships, and develop defensible and persuasive opinions relative to the responsibility for problems and resulting schedule delays and cost overruns. We provide our clients with the knowledge to properly manage and control the scope, quality, cost, schedule, and contract administration aspects of their projects and prevent/mitigate problems that may arise.

People

Center Claimer’s consultants include engineers, analysts, and experts in their field of engineering and construction. A team of cadres from our office specializes in all the above areas. whereas, they are a elite group of engineers and technicians with more than 20 years of experience in the major projects of the State of Kuwait, in several areas, including onsulting contracts, claims, engineering disputes and arbitration, as a result of the variety of technical and engineering cases studied and defended and in which we have achieved satisfactory results.
